This week our son was evaluated for autism at Wisconsin Early Autism Project (WEAP). They were wonderful, and our son had a great time during the process.
Before his autism test, he received his stylish haircut at The Barbershop. I am always impressed with the results. You can check them out at www.thebarbershops.com
We had been looking into getting a slip-and-slide or one of those water toys made for kids to play in. Luckily, we ran into this beautiful water sprinkler at a garage sale. Not only does it spin and spray water, but it also is made of metal so it will last more than just a few summers.
I hope you are staying cool and enjoying your summer.

Our alleyway has recently been redone, and our family is taking full advantage of that. This has turned into a lot of afternoons playing on big wheels and scooters while Jason works on video editing, writing, or other relaxing activities.
It has been a lot of fun!
Over the years I’ve used this blog in a variety of ways. This includes journaling, how tools, experimenting with topics, and podcasting.
From now, I will be using it as a note-taking tool. Which is a bit strange, but I think it is an interesting idea. And it will be a lot of fun.
Having a place to locate and search some of my notes will make my life easier… I hope.
This blog has slowly turned into a place to share my personal life (mostly through Vlogs) and things I am playing with (mostly science or art stuff). The irony is that this use is the reason I originally created this site.
